14‑Day Change‑of‑Mind Returns (Unopened Only)
If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery—but only if the product is completely unopened and resellable.
To qualify:
- The jar must be unused and unopened
- The plastic wrap / tamper seal must be intact
- The item must be in resellable condition (no marks, damage, or missing parts)
If the seal has been removed or the jar has been opened, we cannot accept a return.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged/incorrect.

30‑Day Happiness Guarantee (Genuine Trial)
We stand behind Little Barrier. If you’ve given it a fair, consistent try and it hasn’t been right for your child, you can request support under our 30‑Day Happiness Guarantee within 30 days of delivery.
Important:
- This guarantee is for families who tried the balm properly.
- It is not for orders where the product was opened and used briefly and you simply changed your mind.
If approved:
- We’ll provide a refund (to the original payment method)
- You do not need to return an opened jar (for hygiene reasons)
To keep the guarantee fair for everyone, we will ask for supporting information to confirm a genuine trial.

Opened Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used jars cannot be returned.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing items, please contact support@littlebarrier.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for your bank/card provider to process the refund.
Fair‑Use Limits
We reserve the right to limit or refuse refunds in cases of repeated claims, suspected misuse, or abuse of the policy.
