Processing time
Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays). During this time your order status may show as Processing while it’s being prepared and queued for dispatch.
Delivery estimates (business days)
Delivery times are estimates and measured in business days:
- UK: 3–5 business days
- USA: 5–8 business days
- Europe: 7–10 business days
Tracking (how it works)
To keep tracking clear and avoid links that don’t update right away, tracking typically follows this pattern:
- Processing — your order is being prepared
- Dispatched — your parcel has left our handling network
- Tracking active — updates begin once the parcel is scanned into the next stage of delivery
This means you may not see tracking movement immediately after ordering. Please allow a little time for the first update to appear.
Customs & duties
No customs fees are charged on delivery for orders shipping to the UK, USA, or Europe. You won’t need to pay extra charges to receive your parcel.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can help reship it (additional shipping fees may apply).
